Problem
Manual shift scheduling across 30+ employees, done through spreadsheets and group chats. Time-consuming for managers, confusing for staff.
Solution
Built and deployed a scheduling platform where managers create shifts on an interactive grid, and employees submit availability, view schedules, and request swaps. All in one place.
Result
30 employees actively using the system daily. Eliminated manual scheduling process entirely.

Task Management Platform
Problem
Paying $12.99/seat/month for Asana across a 5-person team. Nearly $780/year for a tool built for enterprises, not small teams. Features they didn't use, workflows that didn't match how they actually worked.
Solution
Built a custom task management app using AI development tools — Claude Code, Lovable, and Codex. Task boards, list views, calendar, priorities, assignees, subtasks, and team workspaces. Everything the team needed, nothing they didn't.
Result
Fully replaced Asana for a 5-person team. Saving ~$780/year in subscription costs. A tool built around how the team actually works.

Business Process Automation
Problem
Invoices arriving by email were manually saved, renamed, and sorted into OneDrive folders. Birthday and event reminders depended on someone checking the calendar and letting the team know. Small tasks, but they ate hours of admin time every week.
Solution
Built two Power Automate flows. The first detects incoming invoices by sender, extracts attachments, renames files with date-based conventions, and saves them to the right OneDrive folder automatically. The second reads Google Calendar every morning and sends Slack reminders about upcoming birthdays and events.
Result
Zero manual invoice filing. The team never misses a birthday or important event. Hours of weekly admin work eliminated.

Bary is a consultancy based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We started by solving our own problems. Building internal tools, automating our own operations, and figuring out where AI genuinely helps versus where it's just noise. We learned what works by spending real money and running real businesses.
Now we help other businesses do the same. We're a small team backed by a network of specialist partners: developers, marketers, designers. We bring them in based on what each project needs. We're not a traditional consultancy and we're not a dev agency. We're operators who understand AI and automation deeply enough to implement it, and business well enough to know where it counts.
